High Heat

High Heat fixtures refer to High Ambient Heat environments where lighting will function under extreme temperatures. Our high-heat lighting fixtures are designed for use in environments such as Chemical plants, Foundries, Kilns, and Food Processing. Our applications include High Bay, Low Bay, Flood, and Work Lights with power options ranging from 100W to 500W. We have LED lighting solutions that will operate in temperatures up to 100°C / 212°F.

Construction applications have varying and untraditional lighting needs. Unlike other applications, construction teams are constantly moving as their development takes form. These changing parameters require more 'mobile' lighting solutions. We have custom designed several lighting solutions to accommodate their constantly changing work environments. Most off the shelf, higher power, lighting solutions end at 300W, maybe 400W. Our lighting solutions start at 120W and for production go up to 1300W. When we outfit a 38 acre Steel facility, we used multiple 540W fixtures on every pole. You don't get called the Vampire Killer with a 300W fixture.
